It’s that time of year where we have set new goals for the year. Hopefully you’ve started the year of strong and are continuing to remind yourself why you get up and move.

We all know moving and eating well is good for us, but to stick to our promise to live active and healthy lives we have to continually remind ourselves why we do it. Why do you get up and move? Is it for family, your heart, for the love of moving? Whatever that reason is we want to hear about it.
